BearHugX is a California business selling outdoor and home-care equipment online with local delivery and installation. These terms govern orders placed on this site.
Orders and pricing
Prices shown are drafts until marked final; an order request is not a sale until we confirm price, fit and a delivery slot by email. Card payments are authorized at checkout and captured only after that confirmation.
Fit information
Fit verdicts are computed from published vehicle specifications and are a guide, not a guarantee, until our technician verifies your vehicle in person. Specifications marked as not yet re-verified carry a caution on the page.
Home-care products
Our home-care beds are home furniture we deliver and assemble, not medical devices we prescribe. Consult a clinician about pressure-relief and mobility needs.
Liability
Products are covered by the warranty stated on each product page. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price.
Governing law
California law applies. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County.
