Privacy policy
What we collect
Your name, email, phone (required for van delivery), delivery address, vehicle, and order details. We do not collect card numbers; payments are handled by Stripe on its hosted checkout page.
Who processes it (subprocessors)
Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and request logs), and, for the shopping concierge, the language-model provider serving the reply (Google Gemini by default; Groq or OpenAI as fallbacks). The concierge never receives your address, phone or payment details.
Cookies and storage
We set no advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart, saved vehicle and ZIP live in your browser's local storage. If we add analytics later, we will ask for consent first.
Your rights
Email us to access every record we hold for your email address (answered within 30 days) or to erase it. Erasure anonymizes your name, contact details, address and vehicle; we retain what was sold, when, and for how much, as the law allows.
Retention
Order records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Request logs are kept 30 days.
