We run our own delivery routes from South San Francisco, Los Angeles and Kansas City. Bay Area orders ride on a van the same or next day; the technician who mounts your gear is ours, not a marketplace contractor.

Returns
7 days: free returns and we pay the shipping (van pickup in the Bay Area, prepaid freight label elsewhere). 8–30 days: still returnable, shipping deducted. After 30 days: no returns. Unused, original packaging. Because every vehicle-mounted product is fit-checked before purchase and again at install, fit mistakes are on us, not you: if our verdict said “Fits” and it doesn't, the return and the pickup are free.
