Shipping, delivery & installation policy
Where we deliver
Bay Area core (same-day or next-day, our own van), Northern California (2–3 days, our van), Southern California (3–5 days from our Los Angeles warehouse), and the rest of the US by LTL freight from Kansas City. Zones and fees are computed from your ZIP at checkout and on every product page.
Fees
Bay Area van delivery is $49, free on orders over $999. Northern California $89, Southern California $99, LTL freight $189 (reduced over $2,500). Fees are launch drafts and shown before you order.
Installation
Install is an optional add-on in the Bay Area and Northern California: racks $79 (about 45 minutes), rooftop tents $249 (two technicians, about 90 minutes), home-care beds $149 (two technicians, about 75 minutes). Our technician re-checks the fit before mounting; if our fit check said it fits and it does not, delivery and pickup are free.
Pickup
Pick up free at our South San Francisco warehouse, Mon–Sat 9–6, usually within 24 hours. Bring the car it goes on and we will fit-check in the lot.
Freight
Freight deliveries are curbside with a lift-gate; the carrier calls to schedule. Inspect the crate before signing; note any damage on the delivery receipt.
